In response to the prompt,

         I would predict that the chinese population would take full advantage of the relaxed policy while it lasts. The country is finally able to have a say in whether or not they want just one child. There will be a larg margin of people having children within the next few months.
         On the other hand, it is good to see that the Chinese government has finally released the problem that will occur if they did not handle their policy. In the long run, their newly applied policy should pose as a great solution to their difficulty.
